Blanch the clean perilla leaves in the boiling water and leave it at the cool place for a moment. After drying it off, put stir-fried meat on the them. Depending on your preference, ham, bacon or dipping sauce are ok to use. Next, make the one-bite-size rice ball, put it on them and wrap it. Now Ssambap is ready to be served!
